Dove Healthcare is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Director to keep our Eau Claire West campus running safely, smoothly, and efficiently!

Make a Difference Every Day

As our Maintenance Director, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are exactly alike. On call rotation is required for this role.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Keeping the facility in top shape through preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements
  • Troubleshooting and performing professional-level maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general construction
  • Handling painting, repairs, and upkeep both inside and outside the facility
  • Conducting routine tests, inspections, and safety checks on facility systems
  • Maintaining and updating fire, disaster, and emergency preparedness plans
  • Helping ensure our building remains safe, comfortable, functional, and ready for whatever the day brings

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and a one-year technical diploma, or 5 years of related experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Thorough knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and allied machinery, as well as the various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, have comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and ordinances and safety regulations
  • Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair or new construction, and have knowledge of record keeping and cost estimating
