What you will do
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
- Repair equipment such as conveyor systems, pneumatic equipment, industrial fans, and related machinery.
- Support equipment changeovers and partner with operations to keep production moving.
- Document completed work, create and close work orders, and enter repair notes in line reports.
- Use OEM documentation, blueprints, schematics, and shop tools to diagnose and solve equipment issues.

What you bring
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and automated systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a manufacturing team environment.
- Ability to read work documents, blueprints, schematics, and OEM documentation.
- Comfort using mechanical and electrical instruments such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and meggers.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills for communication and assignments.
- Preferred: 2-year technical degree, PLC/controls knowledge, welding, AutoCAD, and shop equipment experience.
