Key Responsibilities

  • Performs light assembly work and boxes products to meet production requirements
  • Assembles parts together using hand tools and soldering equipment
  • Performs in-process quality checks on all products assembled and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager
  • Follows manufacturing procedures to assemble products as required
  • Confers with managers or others to assess progress and discuss needed changes that could impact assembly of products
  • Maintains a clean work area and performs final cleanup at end of each shift, including breaking down boxes, sweeping, emptying garbage, and removing cardboard pallets
  • Uses computer systems to access procedures, complete work orders, update time records, and communicate via email and chat.
  • Performs other additional duties as assigned or required

 

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED)
  • General knowledge of warehouse operations and assembly environment or performing related work

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience and skill with soldering

  • Realityworks is headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is a fully onsite position.
