As a Production Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in creating high-quality products that make a difference. Key Responsibilities

Performs light assembly work and boxes products to meet production requirements
Assembles parts together using hand tools and soldering equipment
Performs in-process quality checks on all products assembled and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager
Follows manufacturing procedures to assemble products as required
Confers with managers or others to assess progress and discuss needed changes that could impact assembly of products
Maintains a clean work area and performs final cleanup at end of each shift, including breaking down boxes, sweeping, emptying garbage, and removing cardboard pallets
Uses computer systems to access procedures, complete work orders, update time records, and communicate via email and chat.
Performs other additional duties as assigned or required

What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED)
General knowledge of warehouse operations and assembly environment or performing related work

Desired Qualifications

Experience and skill with soldering

Realityworks is headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is a fully onsite position.
