Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple company locations and states. This position partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, manage the selection process, and support a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hire.

The Recruiter supports hiring across manufacturing, technical, professional, and leadership positions while ensuring recruiting practices are consistent, effective, and compliant with applicable employment requirements.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple states and company locations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and candidate qualifications.
  • Develop and maintain job postings and recruiting strategies for manufacturing, technical, professional, and leadership positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, schools, community partnerships, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, and transition of new hires into the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, recruiting documentation, and candidate disposition information.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
  • Monitor recruiting activity, hiring trends, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill.
  • Develop talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and recurring positions.
  • Coordinate career fairs, recruiting events, school partnerships, and community outreach.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt positions strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple states or locations preferred.
  • Manufacturing, engineering, technical, or industrial recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and candidate sourcing tools.

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily office-based role with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Occasional travel to company locations, career fairs, schools, and recruiting events.
  • Occasional lifting of recruiting or office materials up to 20 pounds.



Employment Status

This is a full-time, exempt position. Regular business hours are expected, with occasional travel and evening or weekend hours required to support interviews, recruiting events, career fairs, and hiring needs across company locations.
