We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Associate to join our concrete form and construction supply yard in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, staying active, and providing excellent customer service to contractors and construction professionals.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload concrete forms, scaffolding and construction materials.
- Prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery.
- Inspect, clean, organize, and maintain rental equipment.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Assist customers with loading materials and answering basic product questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard.
- Receive incoming shipments and help manage inventory.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to keep daily yard operations running efficiently.
Qualifications
- Construction, warehouse, lumber yard, or equipment rental experience preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus (training available for qualified candidates).
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturday mornings during peak construction season
