Administrative Specialist - Secure - Ebensburg, PA

Adelphoi is looking for a dedicated individual with excellent聽customer service skills聽to join our team!聽

This position is responsible for supporting the operations of the Admissions Department.聽

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

聽Interview new youth by completing intake forms.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Request documents from county and/or school such as court orders, social summaries, etc.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Produce Handbook, County Letter and Medical/Dental Consent Packet.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Prepare client record for units.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Verify Youth Insurance Coverage on EVS system.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Electronic Health record intake data entry of client information.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Scan external information into the scanning system and help to report out missing information

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Complete data entry and data reports

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Pull, prepare, and send release of information by communicating with internal/external individuals requesting client information

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Prepare documentation needed for educational enrollment of residential youth.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Document required information and complete required reports in timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma with emphasis on business courses
  • A minimum of three years of experience in an office setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
