Job Description

What Will I Be Doing?   

  

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:   

  

  • TeamĀ memberĀ must be able to work in aĀ team orientedĀ and safety conscious environment. ā€œSafety Firstā€ expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.Ā 

  • Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, lubrication and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, power transmissions, and otherĀ power-drivenĀ rotating equipment.Ā 

  • This position requires the employee to work without supervision.Ā 

  • Must be able toĀ operateĀ and have knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipmentĀ 

  • Lubrication sampling,Ā filtering,Ā and replenishing to be performedĀ in accordance withĀ ICML best practices.Ā 

  • AssistĀ in formulating preventive maintenance/lubrication standards and work procedures while performing those duties andĀ provideĀ work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.Ā 

  • Incumbent must haveĀ workingĀ knowledge of lubrication best practices and Preventive/Predictive Maintenance procedures.Ā 

  • MLT Level 1 Lubrication Technician preferred.Ā 

  • Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.Ā 

  • EmployeeĀ will performĀ any and allĀ other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.Ā 

  • Optional functions of this position will include Ultrasonic Emissions Training / Certification.Ā 

  • EnsuresĀ compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.Ā 

  • Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.Ā 

  • Communications with all team members toĀ assistĀ the development ofĀ short- and long-rangeĀ planning in assist of the company’s goals andĀ objectivesĀ 

  • MaintainĀ personalĀ toolsĀ requiredĀ for your job.Ā 

  • MeetĀ physicalĀ requirements of the job. Physical requirementsĀ ofĀ the job will be provided to you prior to employment.Ā 

  • Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.Ā 

  • Accurate andĀ timelyĀ administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.Ā 

  • MustĀ maintainĀ positive customer and employee relations.Ā

  • Education: Industrial MaintenanceĀ certfication preferred. IMCL MLT 1 certification preferredĀ

The compensation for the position is: $26.87 - $31.61
