What You’ll Do:

  • Provide personal training services and group fitness instruction, in and out of the water
  • Offer members programs to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience, and improve their overall sense of well-being
  • Plan and implement individualized, balanced health and wellness programs for all members 
  • Assure customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible
  • Provide an overall balanced approach to health and wellness based on individual members 


What You'll Need

  • Field experience working with seniors, multi-diagnostic groups, and/or special populations (preferred)
  • Personal training and group fitness experience on land and in water (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or Exercise/Fitness (required)
