RIE Coatings, located just off Highway 55 in Eden Valley, MN, is hiring Machine Operators for 1st shift.

What You'll Do:

• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Operate coating machines
• Move materials using a pallet jack or forklift
• Mix coatings and monitor production processes
• Perform quality checks on parts
• Enter production data into the system

This is a hands-on role. You'll be on your feet and moving throughout the shift-bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly. If you like staying busy and working with your hands, you'll do well here.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay:

• Starting at $17/hour
• Opportunity for increase after 90 days
• Quarterly incentive based on production goals
