Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Entry Level Mechanic to support our mechanics with basic maintenance and repair tasks, help keep the shop organized, and assist with day‑to‑day operations. This is an entry‑level opportunity ideal for someone interested in learning the trade. Previous professional mechanic experience is not required; personal or hands‑on mechanical experience is necessary. Key Responsibilities Assist with routine services such as oil changes, tire work, and fluid checks Prepare, clean, and organize tools, parts, and work areas Perform basic mechanical tasks under the supervision of experienced mechanics Maintain shop cleanliness and help organize inventory Transport parts or vehicles as needed Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines Work Environment Shop setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and automotive chemicals Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications Technician degree is acceptable, but professional mechanical experience isn’t required Personal, hobby, or hands‑on mechanical experience is sufficient Basic understanding of tools and mechanical concepts is helpful Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Reliable, detail‑oriented, and motivated to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor Valid driver’s license if required for job duties
