Job DetailsJob Location: Edenton, NC 27932Carolina Eastern is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a various agricultural positions. We are looking for a self-starter who takes personal accountability and pride in their work. Applicant must maintain a respectful and ethical work environment while staying SAFE!     Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in receiving and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments and organize inventory.    Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work and contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlook Sort, organize, and store inventory Knowledge and/or experience with Agricultural operations (strongly preferred) Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and fellow employees Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift; order picker; pallet jack; and other equipment as required.  Good mechanical knowledge and general ability to operate machinery Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 80 lbs Comply with all safety and regulatory procedures outlined by Carolina Eastern Provide general onsite support for other operational activities as determined by plant manager   Requirements: Neatness, attention to detail, and a positive attitude Possess a valid driver’s license Ability to operate or willing to learn to operate a forklift Flexible schedule and the ability to work additional hours when necessary   Positions include but are not limited to: Secretary Office & Account Payable Secretary Agronomist Position Custom Applicators Office Administrator CDL Class A/B Drivers Warehouse Employees Qualifications
