Activities Counselor - (Full Time Seasonal 2026)

Overview

All applicants must possess a genuine interest in working with children & Pre teens ages 3-12. Must be willing to commit the required energy, enthusiasm and cooperation in all aspects of the training and hands on portions of the program. 

Responsibilities

• Comfortable with giving instructions for daily events and maintaining head count and of all participant in your selected group.  
• Must maintain a safe environment at all times on and off property.
• A positive and cooperative attitude and pleasant disposition are critical to this position.
• Counselors are required to supervise and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, following outlined protocols for daily activities and field trips.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children
• Excellent people skills and outgoing personality
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a positive attitude one who truly enjoys working with children
• Successful applicant will pass pre-employment background check
