Job Description

We’re seeking the right team member to fill, shape, sand, spray / buff and release molds. This team member will mark equipment, object and parts to ensure the standards are met. This person will apply compounds and chemicals to the repair mold surfaces and verify quality standards are met by inspecting the molds. Qualifications

• 1 year of prior finishing, mold repair or auto body experience preferred

• Proven ability to work with a safety-first attitude

• Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, which includes but is not

limited to respirators, hearing protection, and gloves

• Ability to lift, push and pull loads exceeding 50 pounds with or without assistance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment

• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors; orally and in writing


Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne

particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.


Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to

successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements include eye protection, hearing protection,

gloves, protective suits, dusts masks and respirators.

• The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or

crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift

and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Employees must be able to work a 10-hour shift or more in one work day including planned and

unplanned overtime.

• Exhibits ability to work cautiously but efficiently in potentially hazardous conditions.
