We are hiring a Welder/Metal Fabricator for their Metal Fabrication company. The Welder/Metal Fabricator will be involved in all parts of the fabrication process, from raw material to finished product. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, with company benefits once converted to Direct Hire. The Welder/Fabricator will have the opportunity to fabricate high profile projects throughout New York City!

Welder/Metal Fabricator Responsibilities

Cut, assemble, and weld metal components for stairs, railings, and other structural projects using provided blueprints and specifications.
Review drawings and completed work to identify errors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
Work independently and with team members to complete projects efficiently and within established timelines.
Assist with the handling, movement, and organization of materials throughout the fabrication facility.

Welder/Metal Fabricator Requirements

Minimum 3 years of welding and fabrication experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

*Welding Test will be administered as part of the interview process*

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 7am – 3:30pm (Overtime Availability)

Pay: $21- $34/hr. depending on experience
