OPERATOR CHILLER - grade 4

SUMMARY:   The Chiller Operator is responsible for operation of the according to George’s chiller procedures and regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Turn on chillers and verify start up and proper mechanical operations.
• Verify temperatures for regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all chemicals are properly measured and dispensed.
• Perform all required temps and mechanical operations as required throughout the shift.
• Perform additional duties as requested by supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Required
  • None
• Preferred
  • Previous poultry processing experience
