CTG has a direct hire Administrative Assistant / Office Manager job opening for our client to work on site in Edison, NJ.

 

Location: Onsite Edison, NJ 08837 (Remote not an option)

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to executive leadership. This is a full-time, direct hire position offering long-term stability and benefits.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Office Management: Maintain filing systems, order office supplies, and ensure a tidy, efficient office environment.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and route correspondence to appropriate personnel.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, book appointments, and organize meetings or events.
  • Documentation: Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to executives, enabling them to focus on higher-level tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office technology.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and visitors.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
