Full-Time | 10-Hour Shifts | Monday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and deliver a luxury-level service experience
Perform vehicle walkarounds and explain recommended repairs
Write accurate repair orders and coordinate with technicians
Provide timely updates on vehicle status and additional needs
Recommend maintenance and additional services professionally and ethically
Process invoices, warranty paperwork, and payments accurately
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty

Qualifications

1+ year experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer (dealership preferred)
Strong understanding of automotive systems and repairs
Tekion software experience required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform in a high-volume service environment
Valid driver’s license required
