Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time, part-time, or per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Edison Office. The Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment programs to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain. Pay Rate:Â $54-57/ hour/ experience
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Title Duties (not limited to):
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and limitations through assessments and diagnostic tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management techniques.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and home programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR).Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices in therapy.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve clinic operations.
Maintain Licensure or Certification:
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum Level of Education or Experience Required:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, exercise prescription, and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
