Job description

Join our team at IPS as a Warehouse Associate specializing in Quality Control and Packaging. As a QC and Repack Worker, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

• Perform product inspections (trainable)
• Utilize tape measure for measurement tasks
• Fill out inspection reports (read/write in English)
• Package products, re-label boxes, and apply labels to pallets
• Lift and move items weighing between 10 to 40 lbs safely
• Engage in bending, twisting, and reaching tasks as needed
• Re-palletize pallets and stack products efficiently
• Hand wrap products onto pallets
• Adhere to directions and safety regulations
• Foster teamwork and maintain effective communication
• Perform sweeping, clean-up, and emptying of trashcans
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Possess minimum general math skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Capability to follow directions and safety rules
• Willingness to engage in physical tasks including lifting and bending
• Basic math skills
