As a Server at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, you are the face of the guest experience. You will be responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued. Your role is essential in creating a positive and memorable dining experience.

Requirements

  • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests.
  • Greet guests promptly and warmly and guide them through the menu.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently and in accordance with service standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  • Collaborate with bussers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of previous experience working in full-service, high-volume restaurant.
  • People + communication skills.
  • Passion + work ethic for the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for an extended period.
  • Continuous use of hands, arms, bending, reaching, and twisting.
  • Ability to carry 35 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to carry trays as needed.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to work in a Team setting.
