Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Operations Associate who can move between departments and help wherever the warehouse needs support. This person should be a problem-solver, a quick learner, and someone who takes initiative without waiting for direction.
What You’ll Do
- Start each morning by checking which department needs the most help.
- Move between receiving, picking, packing, smallwares, and other areas throughout the day.
- Complete special projects such as organizing the damaged section or cleaning up work areas.
- Support regular warehouse tasks: unloading, stocking, picking/packing, labeling, pallet building, etc.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse experience (picking/packing/receiving).
- Forklift experience required.
- Someone flexible and able to work in any department.
- Strong problem-solving skills and “figure-it-out” mindset.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, hard‑working, and passionate about operations.
