What We Need:

Currently looking for an entry level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Edison, NJ. A typical day will consist of responding to customer questions, taking orders, and providing knowledge about our product, while delivering exemplary customer service.

Additional Duties involve:

· You will handle & execute all incoming and outgoing calls on a daily basis

· You will provide exceptional customer service while communicating, selling, promoting our products to our customers

· You will work closely with account personnel to ensure that together the customer’s needs are met and assist other departments when needed

· Other customer related duties as assigned or asked of by Customer Service Manager

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Sales & customer service experience – grocery/foodservice/telemarketing preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in a heavy inbound call setting work
• Team oriented
• Microsoft Office and excel experience is preferred
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
