Job Description

• Full-time, Hybrid Role

• Location: Edison, NJ

• Travel required via car throughout NY, NJ, and PA

You will contribute by:

• Conducting targeted store visits, accompanying deliveries, and performing pallet quality and item-level audits using internal tools.
• Analyzing and fixing problems by collaborating with stakeholders (customers, Sales, Customer Service, Transportation, etc.), and assessing reports (e.g. credit, shrink) to determine visit frequency and recommended actions
• Receiving, reviewing, documenting, and reconciling customer-identified delivery and product issues via communication with internal or external teams.
• Generating detailed site visit reports with photographic evidence; present findings and solutions as needed. Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions; update or establish SOPs and Best Business Practices
• Travel Required: Yes

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Strong leadership and project management skills. Decision-making, coaching, influencing, and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
• Experience with inventory management or warehousing systems and software preferred.
• The ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry, and lift objects from 20lbs to 60 lbs.
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience
