CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Description

Eastern Metal Framing Galaxy is seeking a motivated, dynamic professional to work in our Customer Service Dept.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with Customers
• Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Use software to provide quotes to customers.
• Work with our Shipping and Production Departments to ensure accuracy of orders
• Resolve Customer complaints as needed
• Provide support for sales representatives.

Qualifications:

• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Construction Industry Experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and      communication skills
• Data entry experience
• Extraordinary customer service skills
