How You’ll Make a Difference

As an ambassador for our organization, the Associate Attorney practices law with integrity, excellence, and compassion. You’ll guide families as they make critical decisions for those they love and for their business interests. When you succeed, Evans & Davis clients and your coworkers thrive.

Your Job Description

• Develop foundational and comprehensive estate plans for clients to include in-person and virtual client meetings, phone calls, correspondence, research, and document drafting;
• Pursue business development opportunities with potential referral sources and individual clients;
• Review and update established estate plans, defining the best course of action;
• Partner with the legal team to compile client business plans;
• Assist with buy-sell agreements, LLC formation, and operating agreements; and
• Work collaboratively as an important member of the attorney team, assisting as needed.

Role Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensure from local bar association; and
• 2 plus years of estate planning experience.

Other Role Requirements

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools.
