Our practice utilizes a double-column hygiene model, allowing Dental Assistants to work side-by-side with our Dental Hygienists to deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining an efficient, team-based clinical workflow.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assisting with periodontal charting and clinical documentation
  • Sterilization and instrument management
  • Patient education and home-care reinforcement
  • Turning over treatment rooms efficiently between patients
  • Supporting multiple hygienists within a double-column schedule
  • Maintaining OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
