About the Role

As a Service Technician, you'll be the go-to technical expert ensuring our rental equipment performs at its best-whether in our Edmond, OK shop or out in the field. You'll play a vital role in keeping customers up and running by diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and making repairs that exceed expectations. Safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are at the core of everything you do.

What You'll Do
  • Install, test, maintain, and repair rental equipment both in-house and at customer sites.
  • Diagnose technical issues and resolve them efficiently-or collaborate with team experts when needed.
  • Deliver hands-on customer support, including training users on proper equipment care.
  • Maintain accurate service records using modern tools and systems.
  • Travel to customer sites, support on-call rotations, and adapt to seasonal overtime as needed.
  • Always put safety first-on the road, in the shop, and on customer sites.

 

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of technical experience in HVAC/R, equipment service, field maintenance, or a related area and good mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and apply electrical schematics & blueprints.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills (mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic a plus).
  • Great communication skills-you can explain technical issues clearly to customers and teammates.
  • A safety-first mindset and proven track record of working responsibly in shop or field settings.
  • EPA Universal, CDL or HVAC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  • A clean driving record to be verified through MVR
