Job DetailsJob Location: Oklahoma Christian School - Edmond, OK 73034Position Type: Full TimeThis position reports to and is evaluated by the manager of technology and provides technology support for the school and its employees, including hardware, software, and other miscellaneous technology infrastructure. Respectfully submit and be loyal to constituted authority (Titus 3:1) Maintain a personal appearance that is a Christian role model of cleanliness, modesty, and good taste consistent with school policy.    Essential Job Functions   Spiritual Leadership Model victorious Christian living to students and families (Philippians 2:1-5) Pray for students, parents, staff, and the entire OCS community (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)   Administrative Leadership Adheres to all policies and procedures governing the operation of the school Respect professional ethics that require confidentiality concerning the sharing of information about children, parents, or staff Attends and arrives punctually to scheduled devotional, committee, and faculty meetings Maintains professional dress and appearance as specified in the Employee Handbook Represents the school favorably and professionally to its constituency   Technology Leadership Work with the helpdesk module to provide effective and efficient first-level technical support to all faculty, staff, students, and parents, and document solutions clearly and accurately Installs, configures, maintains, and upgrades classroom technology, including, but not limited to, Windows, Mac, and Chromebook devices, printers, network devices, interactive panels, and phones Minor repair of hardware Work with vendors to run network cables, install network outlets, and provide other contracted services Assist with user account management, passwords, permissions, and device policies Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues Maintain an accurate inventory of technology assets and assist with device deployment and collection Support student information systems (SIS) and educational software Perform routine system updates, patches, and basic security tasks Assist with technology setup for testing, events, and classroom activities   Additional Duties or Responsibilities Support the school's broader program by attending extracurricular activities when possible. (Back-to-School Worship night, Big Bash, school trips, Saints 5K, Drama production, Athletic Events, Band performances, Fine Arts night, Carnivals, etc.) Treats all school-owned technology (hardware and software) with respect, care, professionalism, and in accordance with the Technology Use Agreement
