Office Assistant Needed 

Job Duties:

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls
  • Make outbound calls 
  • Respond to emails and customer inquiries
  • Handle cash and maintain accurate payment records
  • Perform data entry and update company databases
  • Assist with other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Prior admin experience 
  • Strong communication & organizational skills 
  • Dependability is a must! 
  • Proficient with computers/Microsoft 
  • Detail Oriented 
  • Data Entry experience 
  • Quickbooks and Jobber Software experience is a plus! 

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $15+ / hr
