What You'll Do

• Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style, build connections with patients
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
• Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
• Maintain optical inventory and displays
• Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care
• Cross-train in other departments for career growth

What We're Looking For

• A couple years of optical experience is preferred (customer service or sales experience preferred), willing to train!
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Professional, friendly and dependable

Schedule

• Monday-Friday full time hours - no weekends!

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage - $17-21/hour
