Position Summary

We are seeking motivated, detail-conscious individuals who enjoy researching possibilities, coordinating plans, and providing helpful service to join our virtual team as Remote Experience Consultant.

In this position, you will assist clients with turning vacation ideas into organized travel plans. You will gather information about what each traveler is looking for, research appropriate options, coordinate selected services, and help manage important details as the trip approaches.

Assignments may include beach and resort vacations, cruises, family getaways, couples trips, group experiences, tours, special occasions, weekend escapes, and domestic or international travel.

Candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, supplier instruction, and ongoing mentorship are provided.

What You'll Work On

  • Meet with travelers to gather information about upcoming vacation plans
  • Identify important factors such as preferred dates, destinations, trip length, interests, and spending range
  • Research available hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, vacation packages, tours, attractions, and excursions
  • Evaluate different travel products based on client requests and priorities
  • Prepare appropriate vacation choices for travelers to consider
  • Explain reservation details, package features, current offers, and applicable requirements
  • Help clients coordinate the travel services they decide to use
  • Arrange requested components through authorized supplier and reservation resources
  • Organize booking confirmations, itinerary information, and other trip-related materials
  • Track important dates, outstanding requests, and information needed to complete arrangements
  • Follow up with clients regarding upcoming decisions and planning requirements
  • Assist with routine reservation changes and trip-related questions
  • Provide timely communication when arrangements or booking information are updated
  • Communicate through phone, email, messaging tools, and virtual appointments
  • Work with supplier partners when additional information or reservation assistance is required
  • Check reservation records carefully for correct names, dates, destinations, services, and other details
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of client activity and travel arrangements
  • Continue learning about destinations, vacation products, supplier programs, and travel opportunities
