What You’ll Do
As a Client Service Specialist, you will serve as a key member of our Service Experience Team and help ensure clients receive a seamless, professional, and personalized experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering incoming calls and acting as a professional gatekeeper for the practice
- Create an exceptional client scheduling experience and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Prepare client meeting materials and assist with meeting preparation
- Follow up with clients regarding service requests and ensure timely resolution
- Process simple trades and money movement requests
- Support account maintenance and client service workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and internal processes
- Collaborate with advisors and team members to support the overall success of the practice

Candidates should be willing to pursue licensing within a one-to-two-year timeframe.
Work Schedule
This position will begin primarily in-office to support training, onboarding, and integration into the practice.
After successful completion of training, there is potential for a hybrid schedule.

Compensation & Benefits
· Compensation: $31.25–$38.46/hourly, depending on experience – non-exempt
· Bonus Opportunity:
- 10% annual bonus potential
- 5% based on company goals
