RoleĀ Overview:Ā 

The Supervisor FacilityĀ OperationsĀ will lead Agricultural operations, including liquid and dry custom applications, with a strong focus on safety.Ā 

AĀ Sample ofĀ WhatĀ You’llĀ Do inĀ thisĀ Role:Ā 

  • Supervise facility operationsĀ and provide daily direction to direct reports.Ā Ā Ā 

  • Facilitate and encourage effective communication with the Sales team.Ā Ā Ā 

  • Promote safety culture while aligning with internal corporateĀ objectives.Ā Ā 

  • Support andĀ facilitateĀ facilityĀ goals andĀ objectives.Ā Ā Ā 

  • Work with the Location Operations Manager to coordinate the design, installation,Ā operation,Ā and maintenance of equipment.Ā Ā Ā 

  • Coordinate annual audit and compliance activities with Location Operations Manager.Ā Ā 

  • AssistĀ with compliance efforts related to DOT, GPS, EHSS, and other regulatory agencies.Ā Ā 

  • Ensure that all direct reports areĀ properly trainedĀ in their necessary duties and suggest training to improve job skills.Ā Ā 

  • PromoteĀ aĀ positive work environment and overall employee moraleĀ Ā 

  • Present a professional image through personal appearance and overall facility cleanliness.Ā Ā

  • 3+ years of experienceĀ 

  • AbilityĀ to lead and influenceĀ withĀ strong communicationĀ and interpersonal skillsĀ Ā 

  • AbleĀ to handle multiple assignments simultaneouslyĀ and work independently with minimal supervisionĀ Ā 

  • Ability toĀ comprehendĀ and communicateĀ English language written policies and proceduresĀ Ā 

  • AbilityĀ toĀ maintainĀ and promote professionalism in interactions with team members and customersĀ Ā 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with Agricultural operationsĀ

  • Embrace emerging technologies including Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams to enhance productivity, communication, and workflow efficiencyĀ

Compensation and Benefits:Ā Ā 

  • In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $59,200 - $78,940. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experienceĀ 

  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
