ASRC Federal System Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, requires a highly skilled Project Specialist to support the ASTROS Contract.  Come be a part of our Team as we build up new systems and see them move from testing into the world’s future technology. We are looking for someone with test experience in a propulsion environment. ASRC Federal is supporting cutting edge propulsion systems testing at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and we are looking for the best people to be a part of this research.

Key Role:

  • Review and understand the requirements of the assigned project.
  • Build project requirements list and post updates continually until project is complete.
  • Assist in the management process and report weekly project costs to contract management and customers, ensuring transparency and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Detailed documentation and organization of project information.
  • Reviewing project schedules with meeting milestones in mind.
  • Monitor resource management.
  • Report project successes to contract management.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management or related field
  • BA Degree  
  • Must be a US Citizen to meet government contract requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using MS OneNote, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in managing project finance.
