What You’ll Do

  • Complete maintenance work orders and apartment turns in a timely manner
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs for the property
  • Communicate daily with the Service Manager and Community Manager regarding property needs, resident concerns, and repair solutions
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks meet quality and safety standards
  • Help maintain inventory of tools and supplies
  • Perform general grounds upkeep, trash removal, and property inspections
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of the community—inside and out
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members
  • Use AppFolio to track work orders and manage communication
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members and vendors to complete projects efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to climb ladders while carrying equipment
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • A team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
