Healthcare United is seeking a Dermatologist to launch and lead a brand-new dermatology service line in East Central Illinois. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build a practice your way, backed by an expanding, financially stable regional health system with a large established referral base and strong administrative support. - Establish and grow a comprehensive dermatology service line within the community
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical dermatologic conditions
- Perform dermatologic procedures within scope of training
- Help define clinic workflows, staffing, and equipment needs for the new program
- Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty physicians on referrals
- Provide consultations, follow-up care, and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Deliver patient-focused, quality-driven care
Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Eligible for or active Illinois medical license
- Interest in program-building; experienced physicians and confident new graduates welcome
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
Benefits
- Expected base salary range $475,000 – $550,000+
