ORDER INTAKE SPECIALIST

The Order Intake Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless processing and management of customer orders from initial receipt through to fulfillment. This position is responsible for accurately capturing order details, verifying customer information, and coordinating with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery. The specialist acts as a key liaison between customers and various departments, facilitating clear communication and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the order intake process. By maintaining meticulous records and adhering to company policies, the Order Intake Specialist helps optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or a related administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and accurately enter customer orders into the order management system.
