Boscov's Travel is looking to expand its sales team and has a full time opening at our Harbor Square Mall location in Egg Harbor Township, NJ . We are seeking a friendly and reliable Travel Advisor who is passionate about helping others have a stress-free experience when making travel plans. This is an in-office position, and in today's environment, we do follow all CDC guidelines for a safe and responsible work space for our employees and clients alike. Our ideal candidate has worked in the travel industry or customer service for at least two years, but we are willing to train the right person.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Discuss, and coordinate travel goals as requested by or outlined to clients. Including booking all travel documentation and establishing budgets.
Maintain awareness of all current travel restrictions and safety protocols for all modes of transportation and destinations
Use travel software to book all aspects of the client's trip, including travel insurance
