We are hiring for a Program Analyst IV Senior position at Eglin AFB, FL.  The position is required to be onsite and have an active Top Secret clearance. 

 

The Program Analyst IV Senior position represents Navy Air Dominance interests in a joint acquisition weapon system program office. The role will analyze kill chain impacts of Navy platforms and air to air weapons. Introduce weapon updates to Navy warfighter audiences. The Program Analyst advises program office of Navy tactics during development upgrades. The position is responsible for managing Department of Navy equities, specifically the oversight of missile production, development, and sustainment. The role supports the Government in completing tasks associated with Acquisition and Sustainment, Maintenance, Repairs and Modifications, Fleet Training, Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), Engineering and Logistics Support.


Responsibilities

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Advise, guide and train program office and US Navy Fleet operational personnel.
  3. Acquisition execution and technical support.
  4. Review and recommend updates to management plans for development, production, deployment and support.
  5. Test and evaluation.
  6. Development, analysis and maintenance of metrics and integrated network schedules.
  7. Implementing the plans and procedural changes that result from these analyses.
  8. Attend and support meetings, design reviews, working groups at other facilities as determined by Government Program Managers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • BS and/or MS in a technical field.
  • Certifications:
  • No minimum certifications required.
  • Experience:
  • 15 years Navy operational/flying experience.
  • USAF operational experience will be considered.
  • Air-to-Air weapon system experience.
  • Experience working in classified environments/facilities.
  • Other Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Current Secret and/or TS/SCI eligible clearance.
  • Must be able to travel, including air travel.
  • Skills and Technology Used:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Edge, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
