Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Scheduling:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability, including forward booking

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Use technology to send appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up messages to keep clients informed and their pets' care on track聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Make outbound calls to re-engage lapsed clients and encourage them to schedule appointments聽

Client Relations & Service:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Use active listening to gather important medical information and triage inquiries, directing more complex questions to the medical team聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrate empathy in all interactions, especially when dealing with upset or emotional clients, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Promote current promotions and campaigns, keeping clients informed about special offers, services, and initiatives聽

聽Managing Patient Information & Technology:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Update client and patient records in our practice management system with accuracy and efficiency聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Process billing transactions, including credit card payments, digital payments, financing options, and insurance claims聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain organized records of client communications and appointments to streamline operations聽

Support the Medical Team & Practice Operations

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide clients with accurate post-visit instructions, including medication schedules and follow-up care聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Help maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with daily practice operations as needed聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Inform clients about the services offered, preventive care options, and how they can conveniently book appointments online or shop for pet products through our online store聽

Qualifications:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or equivalent work experience required聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to provide compassionate, client-focused service聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prior customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic proficiency with technology, including scheduling software and online communication platforms聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, even during busy periods.聽

Compensation: $17-$20/hr depending on experience

Working Conditions:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds independently and physical tasks may be required聽
