The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the challenges facing families, and a commitment to fostering spiritual growth and community engagement.   Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive ministry program tailored to families needs and interests. Lead engaging and relevant weekly gatherings, services, and events for married couples. Provide pastoral care, counseling, and support to married couples. Recruit, train, and empower volunteers to assist in the ministry. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages spiritual growth and discipleship. Establish and maintain connections with local schools and groups in our community. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Previous experience in leading ministries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to connect with and relate to congregants. A vibrant personal faith and a commitment to biblical teaching and principles.
