Punctuality, Attendance, and Warehouse Coverage · Report to the warehouse and be ready to begin work by 6:00 a.m. each scheduled workday. · Maintain warehouse coverage through 3:00 p.m., including the applicable meal period, unless a different schedule or early departure has been approved in advance by the manager. · Notify the manager as soon as reasonably possible—and before the scheduled start time whenever practicable—of any absence, late arrival, or emergency departure. · Inform General Manager and/or office admins when departing from warehouse to perform any tasks · Success standard: on-time attendance and required coverage on every scheduled workday during the plan, excluding approved or legally protected exceptions. 2. Inventory Ownership and Material Controls · Assume direct ownership of the accuracy, organization, security, and traceability of warehouse inventory, equipment, shop stock, and truck stock. · Implement a written material intake and outtake process within the 30-day plan period. No equipment or material may enter or leave inventory without being recorded. · Reduce Hassler’s liability exposure by eliminating any unnecessary material kept in warehouse along with any over ordering of material & equipment. Keep material orders to 15-30 day usage interval · Create a true shop stock & install truck stock material list and ensure constant and accurate tracking of each · Investigate inventory discrepancies promptly, document the cause and corrective action, and report material discrepancies or suspected loss to the manager the same business day. 3. Monthly Physical Inventory · Upon successful reduction of inventory, Warehouse manager is required to implement a monthly inventory check of materials & equipment kept in warehouse. Physical Inventory must start no later than Sept. 2026 · Complete and submit a physical inventory each month covering all warehouse shop stock, equipment, loose material, and weekly count for all designated truck stock for service and installation vehicles. · Reconcile the physical count against the inventory record and applicable purchasing/job records. The report must identify count variances, dollar-impact estimates when available, explanations, and corrective actions. · The first complete baseline inventory and reconciliation is due no later than 30 Days after completion of this plan. Thereafter, the monthly inventory is due by the end of the month. · Success standard: 100% of designated inventory locations and vehicles counted, report submitted on time, and all material movements supported by complete records.
