Frontier Dental Lab at Eldorado Hills is a proud member of Denbright Dental Labs, is a full-service dental lab creating beautiful restorations for dentists across the globe, and we are looking for an experienced Digital Dental Lab Technician to join our growing team.

As a Digital Dental Lab Technician, you will be responsible to help run the day-to-day operations of the Digital department, ensuring the efficient use of technology and maintaining high-quality production standards. 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Help direct daily operations of the digital department to ensure efficient, on-time production of digital products
  • Help troubleshoot and increase utilization of CAD/CAM software and equipment, 3D printers, and milling machines
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and ensure timely product delivery
  • Oversee quality control of all CAD/CAM-designed restorations, ensuring precision, accuracy, and fit
  • Help train and mentor lab staff on CAD/CAM technologies, promoting continuous learning and skill development
  • Identify and implement workflow and process improvements to boost departmental efficiency and productivity
  • Perform other related duties and projects at the direction of management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in CAD/CAM software and digital workflows, with hands-on experience
  • Equipment Proficiency: Practical experience operating 3D printers and milling machines

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on precision and accuracy in digital design and production
  • Problem Solver: Confident in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues related to CAD/CAM systems

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting and standing - Particularly for sustained periods of time
  • Bending - Particularly for sustained periods of time
  • Lift/Push/Carry - Must be able to lift, push, and carry up to 15 lbs.
  • Vision - The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
  • Able to use hand tools with manual dexterity

 

Schedule

Full-time position

Monday – Friday  

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


Pay & Benefits

$20 -25 per hour depending on experience
