Job DetailsJob Location: El Dorado Hills, CA 95762Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 HourlyJoin our team at a private Golf Course and Country Club in El Dorado Hills as a Facility Engineer. We're looking for an experienced and dependable individual for a full-time position.  Responsibilities: Your primary duties include but are not limited to: Electrical work including switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures, ballasts, transformers, relays, motors, etc. HVAC Maintenance including filters, coil cleaning, capacitors, contactors, etc. Pool Maintenance including testing and adding chemicals, cleaning, equipment repair, etc. Kitchen Equipment Maintenance including ovens, ice machines, refrigerators, etc. Building Maintenance including wall patching, paint, woodwork, carpet, furniture, etc. Plumbing Maintenance including faucets, toilets, copper pipe repairs, drains, drain cleaning, etc. Some Janitorial Duties including removal of trash, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, etc. Benefits: Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays for full-time employees Medical, Dental, Life, and Vision insurance available after 60 days 401(k) with a 4% employer match after one year of service Golf privileges and complimentary meals QualificationsTo qualify, you need a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of hands-on maintenance experience in country clubs, apartments, restaurants, or hotels. You should have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more. Additional training in related fields is a plus.
