As a full stack engineer, you’ll work on front- and back-end code to produce scalable software solutions. You'll participate in the complete software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You’ll be part of a talented and experienced team headed by a lead engineer, building software used by thousands of customers and millions of consumers worldwide. Our modern technology stack includes Python, JavaScript, a wide variety of AWS services, and integration with generative AI models.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute against a product roadmap for our Service AI products.
  • Ideate, and drive data-driven decisions using various inputs Responsible for the planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including collecting and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the vision, and ensuring delivery of high-quality features on time to achieve defined customer satisfaction goals
  • Partner closely with product operations team to ensure proper measurement instrumentation, monitoring, and reporting of product success post launch
  • Understand the dynamics and drivers of critical metrics and provide business recommendations accordingly
  • Communicate plans and progress to leadership and partner teams
  • Establish and refine processes to ensure quality and accuracy in the Service AI products and channels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least one prior position or internship as a software engineer
  • Hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript
  • Comfortable with the Linux command line and Git
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organizational skills

  • Ability to share a code sample and give a walkthrough
