Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Daycare Director to join our team! As the Program Director, you will manage the daily operations of our sports franchise. Program Director responsibilities include customer service, overseeing game-day operations, coach and volunteer recruitment, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Program Director and be committed to creating an exceptional experience for players, coaches, and spectators.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage staff and coaches
- Oversee league-wide communication
- Develop schedules, rosters, and programming
- Oversee the daily operations of the venue and the programs within it
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a program director preferred
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Able to work independently, problem solve, and think creatively
- Able to follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure the safety of program participants at all times
- Positive and encouraging attitude
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods
