Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general troubleshooting and repairs on irrigation systems

• Accurately completes and submits paperwork daily

• Manages and tracks materials for each day's jobs

• Produces jobs and ensures quality control according to route schedule and company standards.

• Effectively communicates with Account Managers, clients, and fellow employees

• Operates and maintains equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards. Performs just in time, light maintenance and equipment as needed in the field.

• Accurately records hours worked on a daily basis in accordance with company policies and expectations • Exposure to physical elements including heat and cold, and other potential hazardous materials with the use of ppe

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape irrigation maintenance and repair

• Ability to work independently, consistently, and efficiently with limited supervision

• Flexible enough to work varying hours to meet the needs of the company, which can include long days

• Ability to frequently lift, pull and push 75 lbs.

• Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and a strong work ethic to do the job right the first time

• Ability to work and walk for long durations in Arizona weather

• Reliable and punctual

• Valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving history

• Legally eligible to work in the United States

• Previous Sustainable Landscape Management experience is a bonus
