Job Description Summary

The Training Operator coordinates training for manufacturing employees in accordance to established standards. Assure the training requirements identification and documentation is in Training Management System. The Training Operator will dedicate to training compliance functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize work area.

  • Assures all manufacturing employees of the designated areas are properly trained by conducting and/or coordinating manufacturing procedures or policies training.

  • Document realized work following established procedures.

  • Comply with cGMP, quality standards and policies and/or established procedures

  • Support supervisors in the training/certification requirement compliance.

  • Support the development of training matrixes by job positions as required.

  • Verify that the operators from their area have their training/certification for the operation they are executing.

  • Maintains the Training requirements up to date in the Training Management System.

  • Identifies and evaluate training program.

  • Any other task assigned by supervisor.

Education and Experience: 
This position requires:

  • High School degree or equivalent.

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of work related experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarization with all aspects of applicable manufacturing areas.

Basic Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Effective Oral/written Communication in English and Spanish

  • Computer Skills / Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).– Proficient

  • General knowledge of QSR and ISO regulations and standards.

  • Ability to read and learn to interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
