How you'll make an impact

As a Producer Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our team by ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and a commitment to providing outstanding support to clients, carriers, brokers, and internal team members.

About You

Bachelor's degree; no experience required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consistently positive, professional attitude.
Demonstrated problem‑solving ability with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, along with the ability to learn and navigate new systems and technology efficiently.
