Key Responsibilities
- Review and monitor medication regimens for deploying soldiers
- Assess patient response to drug therapy
- Modify dosages and drug therapy management
- Order and assess laboratory tests for drug therapy monitoring
- Provide patient education on medications
- Perform dispensing functions per established protocols
- Document clinical interventions and outcomes
Required Credentials
- Degree: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from ACPE-accredited institution
- License: Current pharmacist license (any U.S. state)
- Certifications: Current BLS, DEA registration, NPI number
- Experience: 1+ year post-graduate clinical pharmacy experience within last 2 years
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
